Our Services

We can work with any input format: hardcopy by fax, mail or e-mail, any text or graphic (jpg, tif, gif, bmp) file. However, if your documents have to be certified and notarized, we suggest that you send us a photo (Xerox) copy or a graphic file. We'll give you a free quote, or if you know the number of words in your document you can get a free quote on our “order” page. After your final say, we'll get to work. You will receive your translation as an MS-Word, PDF or PageMaker file (your choice) as e-mail attachment or as a hard copy upon your request. Certified documents are sent via regular mail ($0.50) or priority mail ($3.50). For overnight express shipping add $12.25.

Notary Signed Translation (with a notary seal) (if required) - $15.00 (will be send via mail of your choice) All transcription certification - FREE. Please, contact us if you wish it to bear an apostil as well.
